Little, Lovely L

This was a very special photo shoot for a friend. She had complications with her c-section and ended up in the hospital for almost a month. Away from this brand new little one and her 5 other kids. I was grateful to be able to take these pictures for her since she would be away from this little one for a while. Really an angel baby.

She even gave me a little sleeping smile, sweet. :)

And an adorable yawn.

I am in love with this picture! I think it is so sweet how she scrunches up and you can see the folds in her skin - so CUTE!

Baptism pictures

Another beautiful niece of mine is getting baptized soon. We went and took her pictures over the weekend. My sister had her baby and I noticed that there was a beautiful fountain there outside the hospital, it was beautiful! So we went there to take her pictures. She is such a cutie!

Before we headed out to the hospital I took some black and white pics next to a window in their home. I love the lighting. Beautiful.

This one was before we took her curlers out and did her hair, but I just love it!

Miss J

These were really fun. I grabbed my red frame off of my wall to play around with and those turned out to be my favorites! She just played around with it, she was so great to work with.

Motherhood Beauty

My sister is having her last baby this month. So I thought we'd better get a few pics of her cuteness.

I'm so excited to meet her new little guy!!! (and so is she :)

Photography class

I got to attend a photography class by Emilie Decker on Saturday. It was so much fun!!! I learned a lot of fun things and understood better a lot of things also. After she talked to us and explained some things we went out and took pictures of this mom and her two cute girls. They were so smiley and good the whole time. I was really amazed! They would just look and smile at all of us ladies (about 8 of us) clicking away at them. It was really fun.

She gave me one sweet serious face. Look at those eyebrows.

I loved watching them interact with one another.

Miss R

I got to take pictures out at this young ladies family farm. It was a beautiful day. We went all over that place. It was a lot of fun finding fun new places to take pictures. Here's a few of my favorites. She enjoys photography also so she was willing to go wherever for a good shot. What a GREAT sport!!!

Up close

I saw this idea to take pictures up close, see things a different way. So I 've been doing that. Here's some things I've got throughout the past week - at home, the park, at a wedding luncheon. Wherever! It was really an enjoyable project.
